Karsten Vandrup, Denmark, Chairman, SIA „Latvisoft”

Karsetn Vandrup is considered as an expert on Leadership in Innovation and Innovation Strategy, advising governments, enterprises and the European Commision on Growth Through Innovation. Leadership in Innovation and Innovation Strategy  has also been a main topic of several publications and books created by K. Vandrup.

K. Vandrup during his entire career has had extended collaboration with the Baltic States, and Latvia in particular. K.Vandrup has choosen Latvia also for his own business development. K.Vandrup is co-founder, boardmember and shareholder in SIA „Latvisoft”, holds seats in the boards of AS „RTX Telecom” and AS „Croptimize” .

K. Vandrup was holding various senior management positions in several high tech companies including „Nokia Corporation”, „Litepoint” Inc., „Lizard Technology”  and  Research and Development center in Copenhagen.

Within the presentation in the „Big Business Day 2011”  K.Vandrup will focus on how to grow state and enterprise success, using innovation and change strategies. K.Vandrup claims that it takes clear and transparent leadership and radical new thinking to drive 2-digit growth figures in an organization – private or public.
