Lars Einar Engström, Sweden, founder of recruitment company “Talentor”

Lars Einar Engström is a wide experienced businessman, who serves as a board member for six new and rising companies. L.E.Engström is known as recruitment, coaching professional, active speaker about the gender equality and organisational matters all over Europe as well as a columnist for the Danish newspaper “Jyllandsposten, the career magazine “CV”, and the Swedish magazine “Stridsropet”.

L. E. Engström strongly believes that there is a documented link between profitability on the one hand and companies with a mixed management group in terms of gender, ethnicity and age on the other.  This is argued also in L. E. Engströms book “The Confessions of a Sexist”.

Within the presentation in “Big Business Day 2011” L. E. Engström will give an answer to questions why equal gender opportunities in the management teams brings the highest ROI and if  Sweden is number one in this issue? Sexism and recruitment will be the essence of L. E. Engströms presentation.
